Refund policy

Thank you for sourcing your office festive decor with us. Because our individual articles are seasonal, time-sensitive festive products, we follow a strict operational policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • Due to the limited selling timeline of seasonal festival items, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or mind-change replacements once an order is shipped from our Gurgaon warehouse.
  • All sales made for outstation corporate deliveries (including Bangalore clusters) are final.

2. Refund Eligibility (Damaged or Broken Products Only)

)We understand that long-distance B2B cargo transit can occasionally cause wear. A replacement or refund can be initiated only if an item arrives physically broken or damaged.

To claim a refund for a broken product, your administrative team must fulfill the following verification steps:

  • The Unboxing Video Mandate: You must record a single, unedited video clip while opening the 25 kg cargo box for the first time. The video must clearly show the shipping label, the opening of the box seals, and the specific broken item.
  • The Reporting Window: The unboxing video along with your GST invoice details must be shared with our support desk via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of receiving the delivery slot timestamp.

3. Processing Approved Refunds

  • Once our Gurgaon warehouse team verifies the unboxing footage, an immediate replacement for the broken item will be dispatched via fast tracking, or a direct monetary refund will be initiated.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original corporate bank account or payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been securely packed and handed over to our cargo logistics partners (Movin / Shiprocket).
